QUALITY INTEGRATED SERVICES, INC. SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS

Kern River Transmission Company-717 miles of 36” and 42” pipeline and ten (10) large compressor stations from Opal, Wyoming to Bakersfield, California. QIS provided the inspection services for this project. The finished product is supplying over 1.3 billion cubic feet of gas per day to southern California for electrical power, etc. QIS provided all inspection for the following: chief inspectors for all portions of the project including pipeline and compressor stations, CWI welding inspectors, utility inspectors, instrumentation and electrical inspectors, ditch inspectors, ROW inspectors, coating inspectors, and inspectors at the mills to ensure integrity of the piping for the pipeline. In addition to inspection of the pipeline, QIS also provided all inspection services for the ten (10) large compressor stations that were built along the pipeline.

Gulfstream Natural Gas project-760 miles of 36” pipeline (437 miles of off-shore) from Mobile Bay Alabama to Tampa Bay Florida. QIS provided all of the inspection services for this project. Welding, utility, coating, ditching, and off-shore inspection on lay barges LB200 and LB 801. Provided all inspection of piping, welding, coating of piping, coating of piping at the mill, and management of inspection on the lay barges. Includes 330 miles of pipeline construction inspection onshore. Also, we completed Phase II of Gulfstream in 2005 which included 110 miles of 36” pipeline expansion in Florida.

Oneok Field Services-QIS has supplied inspection personnel for pipeline, compressor stations, and other field operations in the Texas Panhandle, Oklahoma Panhandle, and Southwest Kansas, Wyoming. QIS provided the welding, coating, and ditching inspection on a large diameter 30” pipeline installation in Edmond, Oklahoma area.

Williams Pipeline Company-QIS has supplied personnel for inspection of installation of pipelines, pump stations, loading terminals, distribution systems, gathering systems, well connects, pipe mills, and compressor stations. We supply chief inspectors, welding inspectors, electrical and instrumentation inspectors, locators for pipelines, utility inspectors, rights-of-way inspectors, environmental inspectors, painting inspectors, pipe mill inspection, tank construction and repair inspectors, as well as, construction managers.

For Wiltel Communications - “QIS” has provided inspection services for installation of fiber optic cable across the contiguous 48 states from New York to Florida, through Texas, the Midwest, Salt Lake City, Utah to Sacramento, CA, and all along the West Coast. We have provided inspection services for fiber optic construction in forty-three (43) states. We have inspected the installation of over 33,000 miles of fiber optic cable.

U.S. Gypsum Company-QIS has supplied inspectors for pipeline installations in Mississippi, Iowa, Nevada, Oregon, Minnesota, and Tennessee. We provide project management, chief inspectors, welding inspectors, utility inspectors, environmental inspectors, surveying and Rights-of-Way personnel.

For Qwest Communications- “QIS” has provided lead inspectors, locators and inspectors to projects in Florida, Texas, California, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Kansas, Minnesota, Colorado, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Illinois, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

We provide project management, spread supervisors, spread superintendents, chief inspectors, utility inspectors, trained fiber optic splicing inspectors, environmental inspectors, building and rights-of-way inspectors; as well as, safety and environmental training for the inspectors.

ENTERPRISE PRODUCTS OPERATING, LP Provide inspection services for installation of pipelines and plant projects in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. We provide spread supervisors, spread chief inspectors, welding inspectors, utility inspectors, environmental inspectors, rights-of-way inspectors, instrumentation and electrical inspectors, drafts persons, and safety and environmental training for the inspectors.

KINDER MORGAN –Prior name KN Energy Company-QIS has provided inspection services for KN Energy for pipeline and compressor station installations in Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, and Wyoming. We have provided chief inspectors, welding inspectors, environmental inspectors, and electrical/instrumentation inspectors. Most projects for Kinder Morgan have been inspection of Compressor station facilities, i.e. chief inspectors, instrumentation and electrical inspectors, and welding inspectors.

Northern Natural Gas Company-QIS has supplied maintenance personnel and inspection services in Texas, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Kansas. QIS provides inspection personnel for compressor stations and construction of pipeline projects.

Dorchester, Hugoton, LTD.-QIS provided project management, engineering, chief inspectors, welding inspectors, utility inspectors, equipment, material, and labor to install a new “grass roots” compressor plant at Hooker, Oklahoma. This was a $5,900,000.00 project. We provided a turnkey product, (engineering and design, project management, drafting, general contractor, inspection, material procurement) installing over 6,000 horsepower with a capacity to compress over 30 Million Cubic Ft. Per Day of Natural Gas. We have also provided inspection services on several pipeline projects for Dorchester Hugoton, LTD. In the Oklahoma Panhandle and Kansas areas.
